설명

tablet의 메타데이터를 조회합니다.

경로 매개변수

• tablet_id tablet의 ID

쿼리 매개변수

• byte_to_base64 base64로 인코딩할지 여부입니다. 선택 사항이며 기본값은 false입니다.
